In order to keep production cost as low as possible, our parts production department is committed to:

1. Regularly review and improve production processes.
2. Optimizes efficient use of plant through automation and integration of automatic feeders with hydraulic and mechanical production lines.
3. Strive towards a zero defect rate.
4. Train and evaluate personnel regularly to minimizes human error in our production processes on Jan’ 2004 VCS open a second plant in Bangpakong City, Chachoengsoa Province, in the name of BVS Manufacturing Co. Ltd. (BVS), a wholly owned subsidiary, thus substantially increasing capacity and allowing us to serve Eastern Seaboard customers more efficiently.

• VCS 17 mechanical single action press machines ranging in capacity from 60 to 200 tons, 3 mechanical double action press machines ranging in capacity from 150 to 450 tons,
9 hydraulic press machines ranging in capacity from 150 to 800 tons, 1 mechanical single action press capacity 200 tons with feeder.
• BVS 12 mechanical single action press machines ranging in capacity from 80 to 200 tons.
3 mechanical single action press with feeder ranging in capacity 150 to 260 tons.
